Working from a foundation of respect for individual and family strengths and abilities, I provide a comfortable place for folks to focus on issues that may be getting in the way of happy and healthy relationships. Together we can work to address the present day issues as well as the underlying causes. These days the emotions of many are heightened. We are susceptible to the feelings and worries of our loved ones as well as our own. It is easier to become stressed out and overwhelmed, and more difficult to manage our impulses and regulate our emotions. Together we can practice ways to feel less stressed and more in control of our lives.
